Group Wellness Coaching can help you make changes to your health,
fitness, nutrition, stress level and overall health by providing the structure and accountability you need for success.

Our Group Coaching plan provides for 8 weeks of weekly group coaching. It is perfect
for the client approaching or in the action phase of change. Participants in this program
will use a Caltrac accelerometer to measure calories burned during activity and learn to balance activity with energy intake.
It will help educate, encourage and prepare you for a lifestyle of physical activity and healthier eating.
