Option 1: Ultimate Fitness
Coaching –This 24 week program is for the client who requires consistent accountability or is new to physical
activity and are committed to building up to a full physical fitness program.
Option 2: Take More Responsibility
Plan – This 24 week plan is for the client that has had some previous experience with physical activity and
has demonstrated the ability to consistently stick with it in the past.
Option
3: Full Commitment to Success Plan – This 24 week plan is for the client that is currently
engaged in regular physical activity, is consistent, and ready to take their programs to the next level.
Option 4: First Steps to
Physical Activity and Exercise – This 16 week plan is for the client that is just entering
the action phase of change and wants to establish self-management tools and is ready to make cardiovascular improvements.
Option 5: Let's
Start Moving - for the client vacillating between the preparation and action phases of change and
wanting to just get acclimated to lifestyle activity only.
Option
6: Maintenance –This 12-24 week program is for the client who has completed one or more of the
above programs and is ready to reinforce the learning and skills acquired, lock in behavior changes, and prevent relapse.
