Fitness by Phone® is a program that is producing documented results for clients electing
to learn this powerful methodology. Fitness by Phone® empowers you to
take responsibility for your fitness through the use of two motivational activity monitors, fitness diaries, and the
expert guidance of your Fitness by Phone® Coach. Fitness by Phone® coaching will get you motivated to get results
anytime, anyplace based on objective feedback and at a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training. With just a 20-minute phone conference each week you will learn how to take control of your exercise and achieve
your fitness goals.
Fitness by Phone® is designed to motivate you to
reach your exercise and fitness potential. We offer 6 program options and will work with you to determine which option is most appropriate for
your level of fitness and specific goals. Once we have agreed upon the program, you will receive your Fitness by Phone®
Starter Kit. During your first phone session, you will learn how to set-up the Caltrac and use the Caltrac along with the fitness diaries to record your weekly goals and
results. In your next few sessions you will learn how to program the Polar Heart Rate Monitor and how to interpret the data it provides. These two monitors provide up to the
minute objective information that will keep you motivated and focused on your fitness goals. Each week you will
fax or email your diaries to your coach. Your coach will evaluate the information and be prepared to help you set your
goals for the next week. Keep in mind that your goals will be very specific so that you will know what you are to do,
how many calories should be expended, and what your heart rate zone should be while exercising. As you progress, your
coach will use cross-training and interval workouts to expand your program. Once you have mastered cardiovascular
progession and shown dedication to your cardiovascular goals, your coach will then add strength training to your weekly program.
This combination of cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and strength training will help you realize your fit lifestyle.
This program is ideal for people with busy lifestyles as it can be accomplished
with or without a health club membership and even while you are traveling for business or vacation.
During your program, you will learn to develop and progress
your own fitness regimen so that upon completion, you will be able to continue your exercise program without the assistance
of your coach.
